Condotel (Condominium Hotel)
Condotel or known strata hotel (hotel units for sale), is the type of investments the most to offer, because the price (average) is not too expensive. Condotel suitable for investors who want to get the rental income but do not want to spend the time to handle of the property, because there are hotel operators who will handle the propertyBecause it functioned as a hotel, the  investor can not stay every day, but in every year investor will get free stay (usually 21 - 24 night /year).

Villa
Villa in Bali are usually built in the Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Seminyak and Ubud, which areas are still very quiet and away from the crowds, making it suitable for built villa. Before choosing a villa as an investment option, which must be considered is whether the villa has a operator or not, if there is no operator, the investor will take time to handle of his villa. Villa rental yields are generally always under condotel, because occupancy rate hotel higher than the occupancy rate villa.

Exclusive Residential 
Many investors choose a house as an investment option in Bali as it can be occupied or leased long-term to others. Usually a lot of investors who rent out to expatriates for a long time (minimum 2 year). The rental yields is usually about the same as the rental yields villa.
